NMIAL, AMD, GAU, JAI) – Total area 400 ha (Landscaped area)
Develop strategic plans for airside and landside landscape development, maintenance, and long-term sustainability.
Build and lead a professional, competitive, and technically skilled landscape team with relevant expertise and experience.
Ensure landscape operations and maintenance are managed in line with international airport standards.
Lead landscape design development in alignment with the Airport Master Plan and overall landscape design philosophy.
Appoint and coordinate with reputed landscape designers, consultants, and stakeholders for effective design development.
Establish fully functional plant nurseries across Adani Airports.
Support nursery setup, including location selection, layout planning, infrastructure, fixtures, plant selection, BOQ preparation, nursery manuals, and sourcing of propagation materials.
Implement Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in accordance with SOPs.
Ensure a seamless transition from the development phase to the AMC/maintenance phase for upcoming airports.
Identify and appoint qualified AMC contractors through comprehensive tendering and SLA-based contracts.
Oversee landscape maintenance and quality management through effective contractor management, monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement.
